What is your order delivery lead time? Your order will be delivered within 48 hours.

How can I track the status of my order? You can track the status of your order by logging in to your account , and then visit my orders in main menu. Your order status will go from PENDING to CONFIRMED to PROCESSED to ON ITS WAY to DELIVERED. You may also contact our customer service team

What is the exchange and return policy? Customers may return or exchange the purchased items within 14 days from the delivery date
